My friend Adam asked me to be the “John” on his monthly radio show for NTS radio in Dalston which was “John” Themed. I talk none sense about being called John, talk about work coming up and I introduce one of my favorite songs Johnny Too Bad by the Slickers.

During our time in La Palma our initial idea had to adapt and change due to circumstances beyond our control. The landscape and weather dictated our processes and we recorded our vision of La Palma.

Myself and six others (team name Onwards and Upwards)are cycling to Paris on the 20th July 2011 in aid of Action Medical Research. To raise money for this we are having a charity auction on the 9th April at The Manor Arms in Clapham. Among other amazing items up for grabs are a signed album and a one off print of the stunning Melanie C, taken last year and signed by myself and Melanie.
